I was on “Looking Forward” on Republic TV in India on May 24, 2026, discussing the latest developments in the U.S.-Iran war.

The segments were recorded the day before.

In the first segment (starts at about 6:38) I said all the behind-the-scenes activity taking place in Washington suggests the United States is about to resume hostilities. I qualified the statement, but that part was edited out.

In the second segment (starts at about 7:49) I said the United States is sending a signal in a strategic manner to Iran even if President Donald Trump doesn’t actually want to resume hostilities — he is making it seem like he wants to do so. This is a negotiating tactic, it appears.
